Cleaning: Additional cleaning with additional cleaning touch-points in bedrooms and public areas are in-place and cleanliness has always been a priority at the Portland Hotel. We are also ensuring any staff with symptoms to self-isolate in accordance with the government guidelines.
Takeways: Currently we don't operate a restaurant at the Portland Hotel, however due to the government decision to close all restaurants we are happy for our guest to order in takeways. There are plenty in Buxton all serving a variety of cuisines.

Visit Chatsworth House and Gardens. The House has over 30 rooms to explore with artwork and collectibles collected by the Cavendish family over the years, with each generation adding to the collection. Christmas is a great time of year to visit, with the Christmas decorations spread throughout the House. The Gardens are a product of nearly 500 years of cultivation with stunning water features.
