Payment Policy

STANDARD RATES: No payment will be taken at the time of booking, however the card will be authorised for the amount of booking. Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged the first nights stay. No-shows will be charged the bookings full amount.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking and no refund will be given if cancelled or no-show.

GROUP BOOKINGS: Bookings with five or more rooms require a 50% deposit and need to inform the hotel, cancellation policy is at the discretion of the hotel and deposit is non-refundable.

TAX: all prices are inclusive of VAT
